Meatballs
Recipe From : Fran Charbonneau
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground
beef
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
milk
salt and pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
soy sauce
Directions:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs,
egg, milk, salt and pepper. Make balls. Bake in oven on cookie sheet until
cooked. Make gravy using mushroom soup and milk. Add meatballs and simmer for
1/2 hour. Season to taste with soy sauce.
Serves 6
