Pistachio
Marble Cake
Recipe From : Fran Charbonneau
Ingredients:
1 box Duncan Hines White Cake
3/4 cup oil
1 box pistachio instant pudding
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup Hersheys chocolate syrup
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except nuts and chocolate
syrup. Pour 1/3 of the batter in separate bowl and add chocolate
syrup. Pour 1/2 of regular batter into a greased and floured Bundt
pan. Pour chocolate batter over regular batter. Pour remainder of
regular batter into pan. Take a spatula and zigzag through batter to
marble. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10
minutes. Remove from pan and glaze with glaze while still warm.
Glaze: Mix all glaze ingredients together well and pour slowly over cake.
