Chili Mac
Recipe From : Fran Charbonneau
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Directions:
Cook meat, onions and green
pepper until meat is brown and veges are done. Drain off fat. Stir in all but
macaroni, bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer,
stirring frequently, until macaroni is cooked (10-15 minutes).
Serves 4
