Ingredients:
Pizza dough (homemade or Pilsbury)
Ragu spaghetti sauce
Sun-dried tomatoes
Tomato and basil feta cheese
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Boil sundried tomatos in water until softened.
Spread pizza dough out onto greased pizza pan.
Lightly spread some ragu spaghetti sauce onto dough.
Lay out the softened sundried tomatos.
Next layer the sliced mushrooms, followed by the feta cheese.
Bake according to your pizza dough recipe.
Note: You can also add chicken to the top of this pizza. Dice a boneless chicken breast and brown in a skillet and sprinkle basil on it while cooking. Then add to pizza before layering the feta cheese on it.
