Apple Tart

Ingredients:
3 granny smith apples
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. caramel topping
1 tsp. cinnamon
double pie crust dough
1 egg white
sugar
Directions:
Core, peel and slice granny smith apples. Toss with flour; combine caramel
topping and cinnamon and mix with apples. Roll the double pie crust onto a 12
inch round baking pan. Place apples in the middle. Pinch crust around apples.
Brush crust with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake 15 more minutes.
