Here are some pictures from Summer 2001.  We begin as we in Charleston, SC and continue north up the east coast and back through the Chesapeake.   Our planned route will take us as far north as Massachusetts before turning south again for the winter months (Bahamas this winter).  We hope you enjoy traveling with us.

Blaine's parents join us for a day sail in Charleston Harbor.  A young friend of the family Crystal came along for the ride and was brave enough to take a swim in the cold waters. (5/5/01)

Blaine's father joined us for our offshore sail from Charleston to Bald Head Island.  We caught a big King and this Bluefish along the way.  (5/12/01)

Both Max & Bailey had to have surgery during our stop in NC.  We had planned for Max to have a fatty tumor removed.  Bailey surprised us with a knee surgery and a 6-week no-sailing recovery.  Not good news!
