Janet puts three
more coats of Cetol finish on 'Charbonneau's' teak while in St.
Petersburg. (12/14/00)
|

Janet's brother
(Den) and sister-in-law (Debbie) joined us for a sail from St. Pete's to
Naples, where we'd spend Christmas with Debbie's father Lee and his
wife, Karen. This is Debbie bundled up (but relaxing) on deck.
|
Den and Max enjoy a
day on the water. (12/20/00)
|
|
We enjoy some cold
drinks in Sarasota's Blue Parrot Bar/Restaurant after our first day's
sail. (12/20/00)
|
Debbie loaned
Bailey her ear warmer. No, he's not spoiled!! (12/21/00)
|

Not to be outdone,
Den loaned Bailey his hat too!! (12/21/00)
|
|

Charbonneau's
tree and stocking are ready for Santa!
|

We took a side
trip to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford homes and museum. Click HERE
for some pics from that trip. (12/24/00)
|

Santa found his
way down Charbonneau's mast for Christmas. Looks like Max and Bailey
were very good dogs this year!! That's Bailey with his nose stuck in
the stocking! (12/25/00)
|
|

We exchanged
gifts at Lee & Karen's home in Naples. (12/25/00)
|

The day after Christmas was perfect for a daysail in the Gulf.
Capt. Debbie sails Charbonneau in 20 knots of wind -- look at that
smile! She calls this sailing "crazy fast!" (12/26/00)
|

Debbie's father
and his wife, Lee & Karen, were our gracious hosts for Christmas in
Naples. We can't thank them enough for the holiday
hospitality. We tried to repay them with a rollicking sail aboard
Charbonneau. Looks like they're having fun! (12/26/00)
