Southern Trip 2000
Here are some pictures from our trip south from the Chesapeake.  We stayed in the Bay a little too long, as the weather started getting cold.  The limited pictures from the first part of the trip indicate that our hands were too DAMN cold to remove our gloves and take pictures.  Most of our trip south will be done offshore.  We'll share anything interesting that we encounter.  We hope you enjoy traveling with us.

How do you move a Navy ship in tight quarters?  This was our view one morning in Norfolk.  It took two tugs and an hour or so to move, carefully! (10/30/00)

A nasty cold front came through just as we entered the St. Augustine area.  This small boat was pinned against the Bridge of Lions but salvaged by our friendly BoatUS crew.
