One of the best
things about the Keys, and Lor-e-lei's, is that dogs are welcome in most
establishments. (12/19/02) |

Another pleasure in
the Keys is all the live music. Michael Crissan is one of our
favorite performers - he performs at Lor-e-lei's and other Islamorada
locations. If you see him, tell him we said hello - and tip

Speaking of
Christmas, here's our tree. Once up, this tree stays up even when
we're underway offshore. Even our fake Parrot, Tequila, is decorated
with his red and green leis. Merry Christmas. (12/21/02)

Our friends,
Dick and Nelda, aboard 'Alibi' joined us for a 24-hour spinnaker ride from
Islamorada to the Dry Tortugas. You have to admit - we look good!

Colorful

Max does his job
of guarding the essential tools for offshore sailing: log book,
flashlight, water, and snacks. (12/22/02)

Seaplanes land
and take off between boats in the Dry Tortugas anchorage. The
picture on the left shows one splitting the distance between two boats during take-off. (12/23/02) |
