Charleston, SC in
our 'rear-view mirror' as we head offshore again for St. Augustine, FL.
(12/1/01)
Nothing like a
little fishing to brighten up the Captain's day. This was the
first of 2 Little Tunnys caught on the trip to St. Augustine. (12/1/01)
An offshore
sunset causes us to stop and take notice as it presents an amazing
evening show of color. (12/01/01)
Our friends Paul
and Kelly Watts, aboard 'Cherokee Rose', found themselves in need of a
dinghy tow. We were happy to assist and capture the embarrassing
moment in pictures. (12/6/01)
'Cherokee Rose'
hoists anchor as we prepare to head offshore from St. Augustine to Port
Canaveral, FL. (12/7/01)
Arrival at Port
Canaveral includes a passage through a short lock before entering the
Banana River. (12/7/01)
We took a
side trip to Disney World while we were anchored in Cocoa. Click
on the picture to see the photos from our trip.(12/10/01)
Blaine and Paul
entertain themselves with a little dinghy and windsurfing while anchored
behind a spoil island south of Cocoa, FL. Paul flies by on his
windsurfer while Blaine struggles to figure out how to get started.
(12/14/01)
Nothing like a
beach cook-out to top things off. That's a whole chicken under the
aluminum foil. We cooked it for 2 1/2 hours over our coals and had
a feast for dinner on the beach. (12/14/01)
Blaine (top) and
Paul take a little time at sunset to fish. We had chicken for
dinner if that says anything about our luck fishing. (12/14/01)
